By using the MobileZone service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MobileZone converts photographs into short videos using AI models from third-party providers (Runway, Luma, Kling AI). You upload an image, pick an effect, and we return an AI-generated video.
The Service is provided by MindRay Technologies Limited and is distributed in Nigeria over the Airtel Nigeria network.
You must be at least 18 years old and hold an active Airtel Nigeria mobile line to subscribe. By subscribing you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number used, or that you have the account holder's permission.
The Service is a subscription billed directly to your mobile airtime balance by Airtel Nigeria. The available plans are:
All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include any applicable taxes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and the corresponding amount is deducted from your airtime balance, until you cancel.
If your airtime balance is insufficient at renewal time, the operator may retry the charge. Access to the Service may be suspended until the charge succeeds.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current period, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.

Using the Service consumes mobile data. Data is charged separately by your operator according to your tariff plan and is not included in the subscription price.
You keep ownership of the images you upload and of the videos generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service — to generate your video and to keep it available in your library.
We do not use your images or videos to train AI models, and we do not publish them or share them with anyone other than the AI providers that generate the video on our behalf.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate access, without refund, where these rules are breached.
Videos are produced by automated models. The result depends on the image you provide and on the effect you select, and it may not match your expectations. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not warrant any specific artistic outcome.
Generated videos are synthetic. You are responsible for how you use and share them, and for making clear to others, where relevant, that the content is AI-generated.
We aim to keep the Service available continuously, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, by network problems, or by failures at our third-party AI providers. We are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.
To keep the Service available to all subscribers, the number of videos that can be generated within a 24-hour period may be limited. Any such limit is shown in the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision. If a change materially affects the price or the nature of the Service, we will notify subscribers by SMS before it takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
